Acceptance of terms
By creating a FRAI account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any referenced policies (including the Privacy Policy and acceptable use guidelines). If you are using FRAI on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
We may update the terms occasionally. We will provide notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
Subscriptions and billing
FRAI operates on subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where local law requires otherwise. If you upgrade, we prorate charges; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Payment is due according to the billing cycle you select. Late payments may result in service suspension until the balance is cleared.
Customer responsibilities
- Keep account credentials secure and notify us promptly about unauthorised access
- Ensure content scanned or tested via FRAI complies with applicable laws and policies
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or host competing services using FRAI IP
- Respect platform rate limits and avoid automated abuse
Service availability and support
We aim for high availability and will announce planned maintenance windows in advance. Support is provided via email at contact@frai.cc. We typically respond within two business days.
Intellectual property
FRAI, including all software, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by FRAI. Customers retain ownership of their data, prompts, transcripts, and reports generated via the platform. We use aggregated, de-identified insights solely to improve the product.
Confidentiality and security
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement. FRAI maintains security practices including encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls.
If we become aware of a security incident impacting your data, we will notify you without undue delay and cooperate on remediation.
Limitation of liability
Our liability under these terms is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages except where prohibited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, as FRAI operates from Romania. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Romania unless an applicable law requires a different jurisdiction.
